Mr. Linus Tunde Adekunle is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors of United Kingdom and Ireland.

A B.Sc. Building Economics (Quantity Surveying) 1974 graduate of The Polytechnic of the South Bank, London.

After working for over Twenty (20) years in G.Cappa Plc, a foremost construction company, he retired to setup Costec Consultants. He is currently the Principal Partner of Costec Consultants, a firm of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers.

Mr L.T. Adekunle, is actively involved in the development and growth of Quantity Surveying profession in the country, he has served in various capacity which includes:

  • Visiting Lecturer to Yaba College of Technology. (1976 – 1977)

  • External Examiner to various institutions.

  • Member of National Board of Technical Education (NBTE) Accreditation Panel. (1982 – 1988)

  • Member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (N.I.Q.S.) Accreditaion Panel (1988).

  • Member of the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigerian (Q.S.R.B.N.) Accreditaion Panel. (1988)

  • 2nd Vice President; Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. (1986 – 1988).

  • Secretary General; Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. (1982 – 1986)

  • Asst. Secretary General; Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. (1978/1979-1982)

Agele J. Alufohai is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors of United Kingdom and Ireland.

  • A graduate of Yaba College of Technology, he has a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from The College of     Estate Management, University of Reading, U.K.

  • Attended The MASTERCLASS PROGRAMME in Management at The London School of Economics and Political Science.

  • He has a Masters Degree in Project Management from the University of Lagos.

After working for Nineteen (19) years in G.Cappa Plc, a foremost construction company, he retired Sixteen (17) years ago in 1997. He has since co-authored the following text books.

 1. Installation and Measurement of Electrical Works in Building (1997)

 2. Management Estimating and Budgeting for Electrical Installations (1998)

 3. Advanced Measurement of Building Works with an Introduction to Computer and their applications (2000)

 4. Building and Engineering Price Book. (Periodicals)

Mr. Agele J. Alufohai was the 21st President of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and a past Vice President of Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria. Previous memberships of the National Executive Council of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors:-

  • Deputy President (2008 – 2011)

  • Vice President (2004 – 2006)

  • Treasurer (2003)

  • Ex-Officio Member (1998 – 2000)

He is currently the Managing Partner of Costec Consultants, a firm of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers. 

Mr. Alufohai belongs to elite clubs such as Ikoyi Club 1938, Lagos Lawn Tennis Club, The Metropolitan Club and Apapa Boat Club. An avid golfer, he is also a member of the I.B.B. International Golf and Country Club Abuja. Mr. Alufohai is a member of The Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce and a Council member of the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Chijiuba Ishionwu graduated with Higher National Diploma (H.N.D) in Quantity Surveying from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos.

 He is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years post-graduate experience. He has attended several training courses both in Nigeria and abroad. He is a member of The Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and registered with Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigerian (Q.S.R.B.N.)

Mr. Babajide Odeniyi graduated with Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Quantity Surveying from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun state and Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Construction Management from University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos state. He is a visiting Lecturer to the Department of Quantity Surveying of University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos state and an External Examiner to Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos.

 He is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with over 14 years post-graduate experience. He has attended several training courses both in Nigeria and abroad. He is a member of The Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and registered with Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigerian (Q.S.R.B.N.).
